Location / Arrival
Our hotel is located in a very quiet but central area at the entrance of Ischgl. The cable car and ski run is situated in about 200 m distance and can be reached in about 5 minutes. Also restaurants, shops and the city are nearby in a 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.
For our guests arriving by car, there is a free park area in front of our hotel.

Informations
Arrival and Departure
Check-in: The rooms are available at 2 pm. Please call us if your arrival will be later than 8 pm.
Check-out: At your departure day we kindly ask you to release the rooms latest at 10 am.
If you leave earlier or arrive later than reserved the whole amount will be charged (no deductions).
If less people will arrive than reserved, the whole amount of the room or apartment will be charged (no deductions).
Reservation / deposit
Your reservation is only confirmed by receiving a written mail from our side. We kindly ask you to transfer EUR 200 per person as a deposit to our bank account.
Payment
We kindly ask you to pay your invoice one day before your departure. We accept cash, EC and CC (Visa, Mastercard).
Minimum stay
If your stay is less than 4 days, we charge you an addition of 10 %.
Smoker / Non-smoker
Our breakfast room as well as all rooms and apartments are non-smoking areas.
Parking place / Parking garage
There are enough free of charge parking places in front of our hotel available for you. It is possible to rent a parking place in our garage (€ 5,- per day) if available.
Pets
Only „small“ pets are allowed. Please inform us within your reservation.
Price € 20,-/day (no food).
Internet
We offer you free of charge w-lan in our entire hote.
